I have always felt frustrated and annoyed by diet culture. I battled my own body image, body criticism and criticisms of others my entire life. I felt ugly in my clothes, not good enough, cute enough, pretty enough, or fit enough.
It turned into a daily visit to the mirror to discuss what I needed to change and how I needed to change it. It meant days of canceling outings, not trying new things and an overall sense of failure. I need to get out of this cycle of diets, Paleo, Atkins, Weight Watchers, Detox, and the list goes on...
I have to develop a relationship with food that didn’t restrict my outings, my impromptu lunch dates, or my overall busy active life.That is when I developed a method that looks BEYOND food, it looks at who you are as a person and coaches you appropriately. Your health is more then what you put on your plate.... So why are you ONLY looking at what you eat to tell you how healthy you are.
You are more than what you see of yourself in the mirror, and you are more than what you eat, so why not find a coach who sees that?
